A non refundable 20% deposit is payable at time of booking for all tours, with balance payable 6 weeks prior to start of tour

Cancellation policy

If you cancel

Full refund of your balance will be paid 4 weeks prior to start,

50% refund of balance paid 2 weeks prior to start,

25% refund of balance paid 1 week prior to start

Seven days from start of tour no refund will be made

In the unlikely event we have to cancel a tour

We refund all monies paid as soon as we realise cancellation is only option open to us

Cancellation of a tour is something only made due to circumstances beyond our control or yours

If we have to cancel we give you the option of rescheduling your holiday with us at a 15% discount

If you have to cancel we give you the option of rebooking your tour with us subject to availability, with no additional penalty if done within 12 months
